We are a body of believers who love God, love
people and love God’s presence. Our apostolic
function according to Ephesians 4:11-12 is to equip
and train the church to do the work of the ministry.
Born and raised in New Castle, Pennsylvania, God
brought Pastor Alonzo L. Waters from the streets of
drug dealing and rapping into a transformational
Christian lifestyle, in April 2000. To some it may
have seemed he had ruined his life and was unusable to God. However, Pastor Alonzo chose to surrender his life to Christ and allow Him to use past mistakes for the edification of others and the glory of God. Pastor Alonzo was led to Victory Christian Center in Coitsville, Ohio under the leadership of Bishop David L. and Pastor Kathie Thomas.
In June of 2008 Pastor Alonzo was licensed and ordained through Next Level Leadership Credentialing and with First Lady Jodi Waters they were sent back to New Castle to plant and pastor the Victory Christian Center - New Castle Campus. After fourteen years of impactful ministry under the leadership of Bishop David L. and Kathy Thomas, Pastor Alonzo, who operates under an apostolic anointing with a powerful deliverance ministry, along with his wife Jodi, and dedicated leaders are casting new vision for the future under the new name of Fresh Wind Ministries International.
Acts 2:17 “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.”
As we move forward,
we believe our latter shall be greater than our beginning. Through the leading and prompting of the Holy Spirit we will continue to advance God's Kingdom. By the way of love, we will impact our families, communities, nation, and the world through the
preaching of the gospel and the demonstration and power of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:2-4.
